Hi, I’m Jane Fleming, a New Plymouth local and qualified bookkeeper behind reconciled. I spent 15+ years in public practice as a Senior Accountant and, since 2020, I’ve partnered with business owners - from local SMEs to multinational teams, to deliver clean books, smooth processes, and numbers you can trust.

I keep things simple and sustainable: Xero setup, bookkeeping, catch-ups and reviews, plus training so your team feels confident. I have experience across Xero, Unleashed, Vend, QuickBooks, MYOB, Hubdoc, AroFlo, and many in-house systems.
